Steam will download all mods that I have subscribed to before today, but refuses to download any new mods. The only thing that you do put on the website is a Steam Workshops Mod URL. It should download. However, if it doesn't, then once again, unsubscribe from any mods you have just subscribed to. Now exit steam.
