The driver on the included disk loaded fine but the COM ports wouldn't show up in Device Manager (WIn7 32-bit) even after a couple reboots (double checked the we had the right driver and we did). Really needed a card that we could put in, load the driver it worked out the box with no issues and move on with our project.
